More than $100,000 in grants for organizations serving people with special-needs was given by the Summit Area Public Foundation. The grants awarded range from $2,600 to $35,000.
Receiving two grants is the project on improving physical accessibility and purchasing appropriate furniture for adults living in facilities operated by Our House Foundation.
